eisoj5I decided I would try to be more productive with writing this year. No Nano; that just doesn't seem to work for me, sadly, but I have been doing what ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
rinnaldo is, which is to write at least one sentence a day. I've managed that (and often, whole paragraphs) since my birthday. Oh, and I've written some curriculum for work, but that doesn't count, exactly...
The other part of writing more, even this late in the year, is that I signed up for a couple of fanfic challenges, including![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
yuletide. That'll be kind of interesting, I think.
Therefore,
Some more specifics for each fandom for you! Of course, if these just don't spark anything, I'm totally happy to read something different.
Request #1: This show has rapidly become my new fandom obsession. And while I enjoy the stories of many of the other characters, Nathan is far and away my favorite. I definitely like--okay, maybe not like, maybe more am fascinated with--his relationship with Peter, but not in a slashy way. Also, flight's always been the one superpower I wanted, so anything concerning how he deals with his new ability would be good, too.
Like I said, though, really any other character--hmm, honestly, maybe not so much Matt--would be okay.
Request #2: A story based on events from either the book or the movie would be lovely. If it helps at all, the scene from the movie at the Victory Motel is my favorite: former foes working together; Bud doing what he could to give Exley the win, so to speak; Exley finally doing "what needed to be done".
Book-wise, I <3 Inez, and almost wish they'd explored her relationships in the movie.
Request #3: The Orkney brothers as warped little children are kind of horribly entertaining...but really anything would be fantastic, since I can't recall ever reading any fic from this fandom before.
