Like I said in class, I really hope and think so too, but she still totally failed to make the whole text sarcastic. Either you do the setup as real journalism and then throw in a sarcastic bit at the end to tip the reader off, or you imbue the whole text with it. Especially about a topic like this one. And I think that if she was being sarcastic...she sucked at it. :)
