mild case of insanity

I have a couple of vague story ideas, not least of which is my poor abandoned![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
kahlurs (which I read again just now and hey, this isn't bad stuff...just need to get it going again) in a slightly different time frame. I have no plot, but I have lots of old notes about the world and the characters and whatnot, and I have one opening scene.
So...yeah. Given all the usual crap that happens in my life in November (this year: we're moving, going to Portland for a conference, and![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
yuletide), I'll probably wuss out and write like two pages worth. But anyway. It's a thought.
eta: went back and looked at the two Novembers I actually tried to do Nanowrimo...in 2003 I actually managed something like 7000 words. In 2004...I seem to have stopped counting. :-P
