Well, he is supposed to be the Fellowship's guide, as far as I can remember (I've always wanted to be a Goodfella?). And, well, yeah, okay, he really doesn't have all that much depth, but he's supposed to be around to illustrate that deep and lasting friendships can form in the toughest and strangest of circumstances--and that elves are really, really good at archery and whatnot. Them ranged weapons sure do come in handy.

PS I decided to do some heavy revising on the ol' Kahlurs journal. And I might post more today, too. ;)
