Sometimes, I feel like--as a feminist--I should hate Barbie, but deep down inside, the little girl in me covets her. I saw these international Barbies at an FAO a few Xmas' ago, and was 8 again and wanting.

I dislike that a lot, too, actually. God forbid there be a Peasant Barbie or Commoner Barbie or Working Class Barbie or something. Nope, they've all got to be Pretty Pretty Princesses.

I am so bothered by the princess thing too! But I do really like them. I was always a fan of Barbie. I have the Fairy ones. And the Celestial ones. *Sighs at own girliness.*

But I want the Portuguese one! *Is SO shocked it was even acknowledged.* My mom would DIE.

And the Grecian one. And the Nile one. And the Japanese one. And all the LoTR ones. *Is now turned into an eight year old too.*
